The State of Oregon does not require certification for performing radon services.
It is recommended that construction or home inspection professionals become radon certified. The State of Oregon recognizes certifications from the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) and National Radon Safety Board (NRSB). When successfully certified, it’s recommended to notify the state radon contact to let them know you are certified. Many non-regulated states will recognize and list certified individuals.
