Lapsed LESS THAN ONE YEAR from reapplication date:

• CE credit as if renewed on time (approved CE courses listed here)

Lapsed MORE THAN ONE YEAR BUT LESS THAN TWO YEARS from reapplication date:

• CE credit as if renewed on time (approved CE courses listed here)

Lapsed MORE THAN TWO YEARS prior to reapplication date:

• Take entry level course (approved entry level courses listed here); AND
• Pass the entry level national exam
