CERTI.US Return Policy

At CERTI, it is our intention to provide you with professional training compatible with your needs. With that in mind, we understand that after registering for a course, sometimes changes in that registration may need to occur. We are happy to accommodate you as follows:

• Exchange Courses

Should you register for a course that you find you have already completed or does not fit your needs, we are happy to transfer your registration into a comparable course at no extra cost.

• Transfer Registration to Another Person

After registering for a course, should you or an employee of your company not be able to complete the course, we are happy to transfer the registration to another person provided quizzes within the course have not been completed.

Since we can accommodate the exchange of courses and transfer of registrations under these circumstances, it is not our policy to provide refunds for courses after registration.
